WHO CAN APPLY
Our wholesale program is open to the following types of businesses:
- Online hobby box and trading card retailers
- Physical card and collectibles shops
- Sports memorabilia stores
- Marketplace resellers (eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Group break operators and content creators
- Any other business engaged in the retail or resale of trading card products
Individual collectors purchasing for personal use are not eligible for wholesale pricing.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be approved for a wholesale account with The Prizm House, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A valid and active business — registered or operating as a sole proprietor, LLC, corporation, or equivalent
- A verifiable online presence — website, social media page, marketplace store, or physical location
- A genuine intent to resell The Prizm House products to end customers
- Agreement to all terms and conditions outlined in this Wholesale Policy

- Volume-based pricing tiers — the more you order, the more you save
- Access to pre-order allocations at wholesale prices
- Early access to new product announcements and limited releases

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Wholesale orders are subject to the following minimum requirements:

SHIPPING FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale orders are subject to the following shipping terms:
- Free worldwide shipping applies to all wholesale orders with no minimum

- Domestic US delivery: 5–9 business days after shipment
- International delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment depending on destination

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
The Prizm House reserves the right to suspend or terminate a wholesale account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation during the application process
- Consistent failure to meet minimum order requirements
- Conduct that damages the reputation of The Prizm House or the hobby community
In the event of account termination, any pending orders will be fulfilled and refunded as applicable.
